Vacuum Flask Cooking
« on: April 20, 2012, 21:21 »
I should have mentioned this when I posted about cooking in the bag. I have cooked some fantastic food in a normal vacuum flask, It comes in handy sometimes when you want something hot and cooked, such as when working up the allotment or on a long car journey.
and out for the day

It is fine for cooking Soups. Pasta, Rice and Chicken..or other things that don't need a long time cooking

The Easi-yo yogurt maker is only a Thermos type flask. That uses a yogurt mix which you add to water in the flask and shake it up. You then leave it overnight to work its magic and in the morning you have set yogurt

Just have a google at their site and all will be revealed. To save money on buying their flask you could just your own food flask.  You could also make your own yogurt if you don't want to use premixes. Mind you I do like theirs  :)
